How many units, of what type, and at what cost are for rent in Phase II, The Studios?

We will have 85+ live/work studios ranging from dorm style 200 square foot rooms with shared kitechen and bathrooms to 3 bedroomfull apartments. Our current plans are to have untis avaliable for $250-$700/month.

When will rental units be availble?

The goal is to move in renters in late 2009.

Can I sign up to find out informationa as it becomes available?
